Title	Orthodontic Assistant
Job Description	Assist the orthodontist chairside by preparing instruments and materials for procedures Perform patient X-rays following safety protocols Manage and maintain dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Educate patients on oral hygiene and care after treatment Ensure proper sterilization of equipment and cleanliness of the workspace Facilitate smooth patient flow throughout the clinic Interact warmly with patients to ensure a comfortable, positive experience Collaborate with the team on marketing and community engagement initiatives
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $16.00 〜 $25.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction Detail-oriented with ability to maintain an organized workspace Motivated to work in a team-focused environment
Preferences	Certified Orthodontic Assistant Previous dental or orthodontic clinic experience Certification in dental assisting or relevant formal training Basic knowledge of orthodontic procedures and technology familiarity
