Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
Assist dentists during restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic, pediatric, and specialty dental procedures.
Take dental X-rays including 3D scans, utilizing digital radiography systems such as Eaglesoft.
Record vital signs and update medical histories accurately using electronic health records (EHR), complying with HIPAA regulations.
Provide chairside assistance by managing instruments, suction devices, and ensuring patient comfort throughout procedures.
Educate patients on post-treatment care, oral hygiene, and treatment plans to promote long-term dental health.
Support front desk activities: scheduling, confirming appointments, and managing patient flow for optimized clinic efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment following OSHA and infection control protocols.

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
Practical experience in dental assisting, including four-handed dentistry and chairside support.
Proficiency in dental terminology, anatomy, infection prevention, and aseptic techniques.
Experience performing dental X-rays and operating imaging equipment.
Strong communication skills with ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients of all ages.

Certification or training in HIPAA compliance and medical documentation standards.
Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software.
