Requirements	High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to work efficiently in a dynamic dental practice setting Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety
Preferences	Previous dental assistant experience preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Familiarity with dental office software and record management
