（Full-time） Dental Assistant/Receptionist job position at Apex Endodontic Specialists

Your Role

You’ll have a balance of front office and chairside duties, including:
Front Desk Responsibilities:

Answering phones and scheduling patients
Verifying dental insurance and collecting payments
Maintaining excellent communication with patients and referring offices

Clinical / Chairside Responsibilities:

Assisting the doctor with endodontic procedures
Taking digital dental X-rays
Sterilizing instruments and maintaining operatory readiness

Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and one-two half day Friday a month 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week

X-ray certification (required)

At least 1 year of experience in a dental office (endodontic experience a plus, but not required)
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
Passionate about patient care and creating a welcoming environment
