（Part-time） Chairside Dental Assistant job at Omaha Dental Care

Assist the dentist during clinical treatments, anticipating needs and ensuring efficient procedures
Greet and escort patients, help them feel comfortable and attended throughout their visit
Set up, stock, and maintain treatment rooms according to OSHA sterilization and infection control standards
Sterilize instruments and handpieces, maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment
Mix dental materials and perform clinical duties as authorized by dental practice regulations
Provide patient instructions and demonstrations as needed
Manage patient flow and support front office tasks such as answering phones and scheduling appointments when required
Oversee dental laboratory case handling and preventive maintenance of dental equipment
Maintain emergency kits and manage nitrous oxide and oxygen tanks

Coronal Polishing Certification
Dental X-ray Certification
Prior chairside dental assisting experience (mid-level preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a patient-focused approach
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience supporting front office tasks
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
