Assist dentists chairside during various dental procedures, anticipating their needs and providing necessary instruments.
Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and ensure cleanliness.
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold HIPAA compliance.
Provide patients with post-operative care instructions as directed by the dentist.
Adhere to strict infection control protocols.
Manage supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed

Valid dental assisting license with X-ray certification.
Familiarity with chairside assisting and direct patient care.
Basic knowledge of HIPAA regulations and infection control standards.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain a calm, friendly demeanor with patients.
Commitment to upholding professional ethics and confidentiality.
Availability to work onsite in Frankfort, IN.

CPR and AED certification.
Experience with medical administrative support and managing patient records.
Customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
