Wildcreek Dental in Sparks, NV is hiring a positive, organized dental assistant for part-time or full-time work. You’ll support chairside procedures, maintain infection-control standards, assist with imaging and lab tasks, and help deliver excellent patient care. Title	Dental assistant
Job Description	Welcome and prepare patients for treatment; take health histories and record vitals Set up and organize instruments, materials, and operatories Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry for restorations, crown & bridge, Invisalign, whitening, implants, oral surgery and root canals Take excellent radiographs (intraoral, extraoral, CBCT) and impressions; pour models and fabricate temporaries as needed Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control logs per OSHA/HIPAA guidelines Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures Perform lab tasks, send/receive cases, and maintain dental equipment Provide oral hygiene and post-operative instructions Keep operatories stocked and the workspace clean and organized Cross-train for front-desk tasks and assist with supply ordering when needed
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $25.00 〜 $29.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: Closed Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed
Requirements	High school diploma or GED Proven experience as a dental assistant or equivalent demonstrable skills Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection-control procedures (OSHA/HIPAA) Ability to perform chairside assisting (four-handed dentistry) Basic computer literacy for patient records and scheduling Reliable, well-organized, and strong communication skills Ability to commute to Sparks, NV (onsite work required) Willingness to be trained on practice-specific procedures and equipment
Preferences	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Graduation from a dental assistant program or formal training Certifications: CPR; Nitrous Oxide, Sealant, EFDA or similar Experience with CBCT and panoramic imaging Bilingual in Spanish Previous front-office or receptionist experience Experience with oral surgery, implant support, and advanced restorative procedures
