Welcome and prepare patients for treatments and x-rays, ensuring comfort and confidence
Set up and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to regulatory standards
Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques
Perform lab tasks as directed, including fabricating temporary crowns and bridges
Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions to patients
Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment room throughout the day
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software
Assist with payment processing and other administrative duties as needed
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and patient experience

Working hours: Mon-Thur 7:30am- 5pm
Overtime paid at 1.5 x regular pay

Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Proven experience as a Registered Dental Assistant in a general dentistry setting
Proficiency with Dentrix dental software
Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control procedures
Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with patients and staff
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and support a fast-paced dental office environment
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Experience fabricating temporary crowns and bridges
Digital scanning skills
Previous experience working with general dentists
