Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure supplies are ready for use.
Take and develop X-rays in compliance with safety protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and medical histories, following HIPAA guidelines.
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties including phone communication.
Perform vital signs checks and assist with patient assessments.
Provide compassionate care to pediatric patients, ensuring a positive experience.
Stay current with dental terminology, infection control, and aseptic techniques.

Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays: Closed

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar dental clinic role.
Proficiency in EMR systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft.
Ability to perform chairside assisting efficiently and compassionately.
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control protocols.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety.

Experience with medical imaging technologies such as panoramic X-ray.
Certification in dental assisting or relevant credentials.
Familiarity with Dexis imaging software.
