Excel at chairside assisting the Dentist or Hygienist with a wide range of general dental procedures.

Proficiently operate and utilize dental digital radiography equipment.

Manage and accurately utilize medical/dental software (including Dentrix) for patient charting and record-keeping.

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring a focus on tasks, efficiency, and cleanliness.

Maintain a caring, cheerful, and outgoing demeanor to ensure excellent patient relations.

Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities and a capacity to work effectively under pressure.

Focus on detailed execution of all assigned tasks and demonstrate strong verbal communication skills.

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Certification is required.

Expanded Dental Functions (EFDA) certification is required.

Proven experience and skill in chairside dental assisting.

Proficiency in operating dental digital radiography equipment.

Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software.

Must be an energetic, detail-oriented, and people-person with strong verbal skills and a team player attitude.

Ability to commute to the Tallahassee, FL area (ZIP code 32308).

Prior experience in a private general dental practice setting.

Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to an existing team dynamic.
