Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.

Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to infection control protocols.

Take and process dental X-rays while following all safety standards.

Manage patient records and medical documentation, ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems for patient management and scheduling.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.

Monitor patient vital signs and assist with medical imaging as required.

Handle dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.

Assist in various dental specialties, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Strong understanding of dental terminology and anatomy.

Proven experience with chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry techniques.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with medical documentation and patient records management.

Proficiency in Dentrix or Eaglesoft EMR systems.

Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices.

Experience with 3D scanners or other advanced dental technology.

A proactive attitude toward learning new skills in the dental field.
