（Full-time） Dental Assistant job position at Lail Family Dentistry

Job Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our practice. This full-time position is Monday through Thursday from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have a flexible work mindset, a strong work ethic, and exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our team of three doctors and provide top-tier care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, extractions, and other general dentistry treatments.
• Take digital X-rays and ensure accurate records.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and ensure infection control standards are met.
• Manage patient flow, ensuring a smooth and timely schedule in a busy office environment.
• Work collaboratively with a team of three doctors to ensure patients receive exceptional care.
• Provide patient education on procedures, post-care instructions, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with administrative tasks when needed, including patient check-ins and scheduling.
• Maintain patient records and chart notes in Dentrix (preferred, but training available).
