Job Description	Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following healthcare infection prevention protocols Assist dental staff with chairside procedures as needed Maintain clean and organized treatment areas Support patient interaction by providing a friendly and professional environment Follow all clinic policies and regulatory guidelines related to safety and infection control Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $16.00 〜 $17.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Hourly rate: $16.00 – $17.00 401(k) with 3% matching Dental insurance Paid time off Life insurance
Shift & Schedule	Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday–Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Strong attention to detail and reliability Effective communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a clinical environment Basic knowledge or experience in dental office settings (preferred but not required) Ability to perform sterilization procedures and support patient care Entry level candidates welcome; training provided
Preferences	Previous dental office experience or chairside assisting skills Familiarity with healthcare infection control standards Experience in direct patient care
