（Full-time） Sterilization Technician / Dental Assistant job at Aroostook Dental Clinic, Inc./DBA St. Apollonia Dental Clinic

Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following healthcare infection prevention protocols
Assist dental staff with chairside procedures as needed
Maintain clean and organized treatment areas
Support patient interaction by providing a friendly and professional environment
Follow all clinic policies and regulatory guidelines related to safety and infection control
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations

Hourly rate: $16.00 – $17.00

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday–Sunday: Closed

Strong attention to detail and reliability
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a clinical environment
Basic knowledge or experience in dental office settings (preferred but not required)
Ability to perform sterilization procedures and support patient care
Entry level candidates welcome; training provided

Previous dental office experience or chairside assisting skills
Familiarity with healthcare infection control standards
Experience in direct patient care
