（Full-time） Experienced Dental Assistant job at Smilecreator of Alabama

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive dental practice that is based on excellence and sound principles. No average or mediocrity accepted here. Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
- Take and develop dental x-rays, digitally only

-Take CBCT, panoramics, oral photos, intraoral digital scans and other modern, high end procedures.
- Perform dental charting and documentation

Create and manage dental crown temporaries

Use iOS scanning and CBCT

improve and learn other advanced procedures like oral surgery, dental implants, etc...
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and order as needed
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records

Bonuses will increase with employed time and especially after first year of vested employment.

Monday thru Fridays 8:30 am - 5 PM
Fridays: At office discretion and pre scheduled with notice.

Bilingual English and Spanish would be a plus. Familiarity with iOS Scanning systems like : iTero, Medit etc...Making provisionals correctly and accurately. Being driven, detail oriented and planning ahead. Some surgical knowledge would be good as well as blood drawing skills, but this is not a requiremnt.
