Title	Sterilization Technician
Job Description	Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines Maintain accurate sterilization logs and documentation of all procedures Prepare and stock operatories for dental procedures, ensuring trays are set up with sterilized instruments Perform routine maintenance of sterilization equipment (daily, weekly, monthly) Assist the dental team in efficient operatory turnover between patients Manage inventory of sterilization supplies and communicate needs for reordering promptly Ensure compliance with infection control standards, HIPAA, and workplace safety protocols Collaborate actively with the dental team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $33,100.00 〜 $42,300.00 /year

Requirements	Infection Control License High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred experience with dental sterilization procedures and infection control standards Must hold Dental Assistant (DA or DA II) certification or equivalent knowledge to operate sterilization equipment correctly Strong attention to detail with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment Excellent organizational skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Preferences	Prior experience in a dental sterilization or clinical environment Strong organizational skills and familiarity with maintaining sterilization documentation Positive demeanor and willingness to support other team members as needed
