Welcome and prepare patients for dental treatments and checkups ensuring their comfort and confidence.
Select, set up, and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and materials according to safety standards and regulations.
Provide chairside assistance during oral surgery and other dental procedures using 4-handed dentistry techniques.
Perform lab tasks as instructed by the dentist and assist in post-operative care management.
Give patients clear oral hygiene and post-operative instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and stocked supplies in the dental treatment rooms.
Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
Assist with payment procedures and other administrative duties as needed.

Proven experience as a dental assistant, with knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and office protocols.
Ability to assist in oral surgery procedures and knowledge of implants and oral surgery practices.
Understanding of health and safety regulations in a dental setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Graduation from an accredited dental assistant school.
Additional certifications or specialized training (e.g., X-Ray Certification).
Ability to perform regulated, non-surgical tasks such as coronal polishing.
Computer literate with proficiency in scheduling and patient record software.
