Job Description	Welcome and prepare patients for dental treatments, ensuring their comfort and ease Select, set up, and arrange instruments, equipment, and materials needed for dental procedures Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection control protocols in compliance with health regulations Assist the dentist by providing four-handed dentistry support during procedures Capture digital X-rays and scans as needed Provide oral hygiene advice and post-operative care instructions to patients Maintain clean, stocked, and organized operatories and clinical areas Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes Perform weekly detailed cleaning of the dental office Follow dental office regulations and strictly adhere to safety protocols Support team members and contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused environment
Salary Range	Full-time $26.00 - $28.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8 AM – 4 PM Tuesday: 8 AM – 5 PM Wednesday: 9 AM – 4 PM Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support General Dentistry Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years) High school diploma or GED Proven experience or formal training as a dental assistant (entry-level considered with appropriate school experience) CPR Certification Knowledge of dental assisting procedures, general dentistry practices, and sterilization techniques Strong communication skills and ability to interact comfortably with patients Basic computer proficiency for note-taking and record maintenance Well-organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work reliably and follow instructions Understanding of health and safety regulations
Preferences	Graduation from an accredited dental assistant program Additional certifications or training in dental assisting or related areas Experience in four-handed dentistry Ability to perform regulated non-surgical dental tasks Familiarity with digital radiography and scanning technology
