（Full-time） Orthodontic Clinical Assistant job at Schoolhouse Orthodontics

Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures and treatments
Perform dental X-rays and ensure accurate patient record keeping
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment in a clean, organized state
Monitor and maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure an excellent patient experience
Maintain inventory of clinical supplies and communicate needs to management
Support patient flow by preparing patients and handling any necessary administrative tasks
Follow infection control and safety protocols

Monday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday: 2 PM – 7 PM
Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Friday

X-Ray Certification (required)
1-2 years of experience in orthodontic or dental assisting settings (preferred)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Manual dexterity and ability to perform clinical tasks efficiently
Ability to work well with children and create a positive environment
Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
Availability for 1 early morning and 1 late evening shift per week as required

Previous orthodontic assisting experience
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
