Title	Registered Dental Assistant
Job Description	Assist dentists chairside during examinations, treatments, and dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure materials are ready for use. Take and develop X-rays adhering to safety protocols and infection control standards. Maintain accurate and confidential medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions. Manage appointment scheduling and provide occasional support with front office duties. Monitor patient vital signs and ensure comfort and safety throughout appointments. Uphold aseptic techniques and infection control to maintain a safe clinical environment. Stay current with dental terminology, emerging techniques, and dental technology including 3D scanners.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $24.00 〜 $34.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Tuesday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Wednesday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Requirements	Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant X-ray / Radiography Certification Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft General Dentistry Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required. Proficient knowledge of dental anatomy, procedures, and terminology. Hands-on experience with dental assisting, including taking X-rays and general dentistry practices. Familiarity with medical documentation, coding, and record-keeping. Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is a plus. Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferences	Previous experience in a dental clinical setting preferred. Experience working with pediatric and general dentistry patients is advantageous. Fluency in additional languages is a plus but not required. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving dental practice.
