（Full-time） Dental assistant job at Dania Kafri DDS

Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during a range of dental procedures, including root canals and restorations
Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Welcome, prepare, and comfort patients before, during, and after treatments
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and procedure documentation
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Manage dental materials and supplies, restocking operatory as required
Support general administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments
Uphold strict infection control, HIPAA, and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care

Monday: 8 AM–5 PM
Tuesday: 8 AM–5 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM–5 PM

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a Dental Assistant program or dental knowledge (for new grads)
Ability to work scheduled shifts: Monday–Thursday, 9 am–4 pm
Excellent communication, patient service, and multitasking skills
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Authorization to work in the U.S.

1–2 years of dental assisting experience
Experience assisting with root canals (a plus)
Familiarity with dental practice management software
Current Ohio Dental Assistant certification or willingness to obtain
