（Full-time） Dental assistant job position at osuna dental care

Assist dentist during various clinical procedures, including preparation and sterilization of instruments and rooms
Support dental team with patient care before, during, and after procedures
Record patient medical histories and chart dental treatments accurately
Maintain dental supply inventory, monitor equipment, and ensure all areas comply with infection control protocols
Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle general administrative tasks (experience with Dentrix is a plus)
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment instructions
Exhibit professionalism and empathy, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction
Adapt to feedback and take initiative in improving processes and patient experiences

Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

High school diploma or equivalent
State Dental Assistant License (required)
CPR Certification (required)
Minimum one year experience in dental assisting (3+ years preferred)
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team
Reliable, punctual, and capable of maintaining a consistent work schedule
Willingness to receive feedback and participate in ongoing training

3+ years of dental assisting experience
Experience with Dentrix software, record keeping, and patient scheduling
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credentials
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Prior experience in a private dental practice
