（Part-time） Dental assistant job at Silicon Dental

Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready and sterile.
Welcome and check patients in and out, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Take dental X-rays and impressions, and record blood pressure readings as required.
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort at all stages.
Prepare dental materials and assist in the use of dental technology (experience with Dexis and Dentrix software preferred).
Disinfect rooms and sterilize equipment according to strict safety protocols.
Maintain inventory and ensure necessary supplies are always available.
Accurately document dental procedures and patient information.
Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Part-time position: Approximately 16 hours per week, mainly Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm.

CPR and AED Certification.
Radiology/X-Ray Certification (Required).
Experience as a Registered Dental Assistant is preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of customer service and patient interaction in a healthcare setting.
Medical imaging experience is a plus.
Proficiency or willingness to learn Dexis and Dentrix dental software.
Strong critical thinking skills, strict attention to detail, and good judgment.
Willing to engage in continued learning and skills development.

Experience with Dexis and Dentrix software
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credentials
Prior dental assisting and customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to grow into a full-time role
