Job Description	Assist dentists during dental procedures including dental extractions, implant placement, root canals, and clear aligner treatments. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use. Take and develop digital radiographs and other diagnostic images as needed. Provide chairside assistance and patient comfort throughout procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments using practice management software. Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions. Support infection control protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Utilize advanced technology including CBCT, intraoral scanners, milling, and 3D printing equipment effectively. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations and excellent patient experiences.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $18.00 〜 $25.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: Closed Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license preferred. Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification or willingness to become EFDA certified is required. Basic knowledge of dental extractions and chairside assisting procedures. Strong communication skills with a positive, patient-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and motivated self-starter.
Preferences	Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Previous experience in a dental office is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training available for the right candidate. Familiarity with advanced dental technology and digital imaging systems. Experience with dental software and patient record management.
