Salt Creek Dental is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to support our dentists and deliver outstanding patient care. In this full-time role, you will assist during dental procedures, manage patient interactions, and contribute to the smooth operation of the practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in both general and pediatric dentistry, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding infection control standards.

Job Description	Assist dentists during examinations and a variety of dental procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and patient comfort Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment following strict infection control protocols Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using dental software systems, including Epic Manage appointment scheduling and assist with patient communication and billing inquiries Support pediatric dentistry procedures with a compassionate approach toward young patients Employ four-handed dentistry techniques to increase treatment efficiency Operate 3D scanners and other advanced imaging technologies as needed
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $15.00 〜 $17.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday – Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Infection Control License Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in general or pediatric dentistry settings Strong knowledge of dental assisting techniques and infection control standards Experience performing dental receptionist duties, including appointment scheduling and patient communication Proficiency with dental software systems; experience with Epic preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
Preferences	Driver’s license Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Experience with medical coding is a plus Certification or relevant qualifications in dental assisting highly desirable Familiarity with pediatric dental procedures and patient care Experience operating 3D dental scanners and advanced imaging equipment
