Position: Full-time Dental Assistant | Receptionist

Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. This role is perfect for someone who is both experienced in chairside assistance and comfortable with front-office duties. If you're bilingual in Spanish and have X-ray certification, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficient workflow.
Perform front office tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and handling patient inquiries.
Manage patient records and coordinate with dental team members using Carestream software (preferred but not required).
Perform X-rays as needed, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Provide excellent customer service, especially to our Spanish-speaking patients.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (9 AM - 6 PM), and Saturday (8 AM - 2 PM).

X-ray certification is mandatory.

Experience with Carestream software is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
