We are seeking a motivated and licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our full-time dental team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of general dentistry procedures including crowns, fillings, extractions, dentures, and x-rays. Experience with Dentrix software is preferred but not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of dental assisting experience or an entry-level assistant eager to learn and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Job Description	Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures such as crowns, fillings, extractions, and denture fittings. Take, develop, and process dental x-rays following safety protocols. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and operatories prior to procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix software or similar systems. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care as directed by the dentist. Assist with patient check-in and check-out, ensuring a positive patient experience. Collaborate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and other team members to ensure smooth office operations. Uphold infection control standards and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $17.00 〜 $22.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant X-ray / Radiography Certification General Dentistry Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred, especially in general dentistry procedures including crowns, fillings, dentures, and extractions. Experience or willingness to learn dental radiography and x-ray techniques. Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Proficient customer service skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work full-time hours according to the practice schedule. Must be able to commute or relocate to Amarillo, TX 79106 prior to starting employment.
Preferences	Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Bilingual skills are a plus and highly valued. Experience with Dentrix dental software or similar practice management systems. Previous dental office experience in a fast-paced environment.
