Job Description	Assist periodontist during surgical and non-surgical procedures Take and process digital X-rays Prepare operatories (setup/breakdown, sterilization) Maintain infection control standards Document patient treatment notes Provide chairside assistance with periodontal therapies Manage front office operations (scheduling, patient check-in/out) Submit and track insurance claims Handle billing, payments, and financial arrangements Utilize Carestream software for patient records Coordinate with clinical staff for seamless patient flow Maintain compliance with office policies and HIPAA regulations
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $19.00 〜 $25.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM One Thursday per month: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements	X-ray / Radiography Certification Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft ✔ 1+ years of dental office management experience ✔ Proficiency with Carestream or similar dental software ✔ Knowledge of insurance claims processing ✔ Strong organizational & multitasking skills ✔ Excellent customer service & communication ✔ Experience with X-rays, sterilization, and chairside assisting ✔ Knowledge of periodontal procedures (preferred) ✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferences	Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience in a periodontal or surgical specialty Familiarity with dental terminology
