Job Description	Clinical Duties ✔ Prepare surgical treatment rooms with periodontal instruments ✔ Assist during surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures ✔ Take and process periodontal radiographs (periapical/bitewing) ✔ Perform periodontal charting and maintain accurate records ✔ Manage infection control protocols (HLD, autoclaving, sterilization) ✔ Provide chairside assistance (suctioning, instrument passing) Patient Care & Administrative Duties ✔ Educate patients on post-operative care instructions ✔ Take dental impressions as needed ✔ Maintain HIPAA/OSHA compliance ✔ Manage patient records and documentation
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $23.00 〜 $25.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No Fridays, weekends, or evenings!
Requirements	Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant license Radiology certification Knowledge of infection control protocols (HLD, sterilization) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
Preferences	1+ years of periodontal/surgical assisting experience Experience with periodontal charting Familiarity with digital radiography Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credentials
