（Full-time） Dental Assistant/Sterilization Tech job at Carson Periodontics and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

✔ Prepare patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
✔ Sterilize instruments, set up surgical trays, and maintain a clean, organized operatory.
✔ Assist surgeons during periodontal and oral surgery procedures with precision.
✔ Manage infection control and adhere to OSHA & CDC sterilization guidelines.
✔ Document patient records accurately, including medical histories and treatment notes.
✔ Support post-op care by providing patients with clear instructions.

Monday – Friday: 7 AM – 4 PM

Weekends: Closed

✔ CPR Certification (Must be current)
✔ 1+ year of dental assisting experience (Preferred but not required – we train the right candidate!)
✔ Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.

⭐ Experience in periodontics or oral surgery
⭐ Familiarity with surgical instruments and sterilization protocols
⭐ Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
⭐ X-ray certification (Helpful but not required)
