We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions (EFDA) to enhance our patient care and support our dental team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service. Job Listing

Title	Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions (EFDA)
Job Description	Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including restorative and preventive treatments. Perform expanded functions as permitted by Florida state regulations (EFDA duties). Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays). Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms. Provide exceptional patient care, including chairside assistance and post-op instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and update charts. Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans. Support front office tasks as needed, including scheduling and billing. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $36,600.00 〜 $47,100.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Retirement plan
Shift & Schedule	Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
Requirements	1+ years of dental assisting experience. Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification. Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Florida (or eligibility). Radiology certification. CPR/AED Certification. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferences	Experience with digital X-rays and dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft). Familiarity with sterilization and infection control protocols.
