（Full-time） Registered Dental Assistant job at Southern Dental Implant Center - Brentwood Office

Assist the dentist chairside during examinations, implant surgeries, and other dental procedures by preparing and providing instruments and materials
Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment following strict aseptic and infection control protocols
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and ensure patient safety during imaging procedures
Record and monitor patient vital signs, update medical records, and maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and clinical notes
Educate patients on oral hygiene, pre- and post-operative care, and overall dental health maintenance
Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all relevant health and safety regulations
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff

Full-time, 34 – 38 hours per week
Monday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Weekends: Closed

Registered Dental Assistant certification required
CPR Certification mandatory
Knowledge and experience in chairside assisting, infection control, and aseptic techniques
Certified in Dental Radiology or equivalent experience taking dental X-rays
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and dental documentation
Strong understanding of dental terminology, patient assessment, and dental office procedures
Ability to accurately record vital signs and maintain detailed medical records
Experience assisting with surgical dental procedures preferred
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the dental team
Previous dental office experience a plus
