Prepare examination rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up all necessary equipment for dental procedures.
Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments and anticipating their needs to ensure smooth operations.
Greet patients warmly and help facilitate a positive clinic experience.
Update and maintain accurate patient dental records in compliance with clinic standards.
Perform routine dental cleanings and assist with complex procedures as directed by the dentist.
Take and process dental X-rays following safety protocols.
Schedule patient appointments and manage billing and insurance information.
Advise patients on oral hygiene best practices and answer their questions.
Support clinic administrative tasks and lab work under dentist supervision.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Registered or Certified Dental Assistant required.
CPR Certification mandatory.
Entry-level candidates welcome.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
