Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures ensuring patient comfort and efficiency
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and treatment rooms according to infection control standards
Perform radiographic procedures in compliance with safety regulations (X-Ray Certification required)
Manage dental materials and supplies inventory
Assist with patient intake, review medical histories, and document treatment plans accurately
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
Support the dentist with clinical and administrative tasks as needed
Utilize computer skills to update patient records and schedule appointments
Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Demonstrate excellent time management to support smooth office operations

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required
CPR Certification mandatory
Proficient in chairside assisting, infection control, and dental office procedures
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
X-Ray Certification required
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Comfortable using dental software and basic computer applications

Proven dental assistant experience (1-5 years preferred)
