Title	Dental assistant
Job Description	Assist the dentist during dental procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and the treatment room. Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort throughout appointments. Take and develop digital dental radiographs as needed. Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix practice management software. Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out, and assist with billing processes as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment. Collaborate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and office staff to provide a seamless patient experience.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $20.00 〜 $27.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	401(k) retirement plan available. Paid sick time and paid time off (PTO).
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sunday: Closed Schedule flexibility and occasional variation in hours may be required.
Requirements	Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient care.
Preferences	Dental Assistant certification or diploma preferred but not required. Experience with Dentrix software is highly desirable. New graduates are encouraged to apply; experience is a plus.
