We are actively seeking a motivated and energetic Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our Pflugerville practice. As a vital member of our clinical team, you will assist with a variety of dental procedures, maintain patient comfort, and support the smooth running of the office.

Job Description	Prepare treatment rooms and assist dentists during dental procedures Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment following infection control protocols Take and develop dental x-rays as directed Provide chairside assistance, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout treatment Record and review patient documentation accurately Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed Use Dentrix and Itero software to update patient records and treatment plans (experience a plus) Communicate effectively with patients, including Spanish-speaking individuals (Spanish proficiency is a plus) Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards Support orthodontic procedures as needed (Friday schedule focus)
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $17.00 〜 $25.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Orthodontics focus) Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required Experience in dental assisting, with a strong emphasis on patient care Ability to review and document patient information accurately Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply with relevant certification Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work Monday through Friday with no weekends
Preferences	CPR certification preferred Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
