Key Responsibilities
Manage patient appointments and scheduling
Handle patient inquiries via phone and email
Update and maintain patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Assist with dental billing and coding
Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers
Prepare and send out dental correspondence
Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations
Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed
