（Full-time） Registered Dental Assistant job at ProSmile Family Dental Care

Welcome patients to the office and create a comfortable, friendly environment
Prepare patients for dental exams and treatments, ensuring their comfort throughout the visit
Select, set up, and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and materials according to regulations
Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures and treatments
Provide patients with hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
Collect patient payments and assist with front office procedures such as payment processing and recall
Complete consultation spreadsheets and help with reactivation campaigns as needed
Answer telephones, check-in/check-out patients, and prepare patient charts
Assist or fill in for the Front Office Assistant/Receptionist as needed
Support a positive, team-oriented office culture
Maintain accountability and attention to detail in all areas of dental assisting

8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday
Availability for 2 Saturdays per month is a plus
Weekends as needed

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (Required)
Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable

At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
CPR and AED certification preferred
Computer skills and documentation review experience preferred
Spanish language skills a plus
