（Part-time） Dental assistant job at C W Family Dentistry

Key Responsibilities

Assisting the dentist during patient procedures, including exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments
Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments
Taking and processing digital radiographs and other diagnostic images
Managing patient flow and ensuring patient comfort
Providing post-treatment instructions and education to patients
Recording patient information accurately in dental software
Maintaining infection control and sterilization protocols
Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records as needed
Supporting the team with miscellaneous office duties to ensure smooth daily operations

Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (every other week)
On-call and part-time hours; schedule to be determined

Knowledge of dental procedures and infection control standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and eagerness to learn

Prior dental assisting experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
Certification or on-the-job training in dental assisting preferred
