Job Description	Lead clinical operations, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow Assist the doctors with procedures, sterilization, and patient care Oversee and support dental assistants and staff members Maintain high standards of infection control and safety protocols Educate patients on treatment plans and oral health Ensure documentation and record-keeping are accurate and up-to-date Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $20.00 〜 $28.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements	Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support staff Strong communication and organizational skills Dedicated, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Preferences	Mid-level experience in a dental or orthodontic setting preferred Candidates within 25 miles of Keene, TX
