Assist with a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth treatment flow
Take precise dental X-rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure, maintaining a clean and organized work area
Manage patient flow by facilitating efficient handoffs and transitions during visits
Ensure strict adherence to infection control standards by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
Take accurate impressions and bite registrations for custom dental appliances
Conduct digital iTero scans for cutting-edge diagnostic data
Assist with patient charting and documentation to support treatment planning and record-keeping
Collaborate closely with the dental team to deliver outstanding patient experiences and satisfaction
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
Prepping and educating patients prior to the dentist’s exam
Perform other duties as necessary to support office operations and patient care
Travel to DeNovo offices (newly acquired locations) as needed

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
Current CPR certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RDA in a dental practice
Proficiency with digital scanning technology (iTero) preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
