Job Description	Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment Assist dentists with a wide range of dental procedures ensuring patient comfort and efficient workflow Take dental X-rays accurately and safely Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols Perform digital iTero scans and take impressions and bite registrations Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Manage patient flow, including prepping patients and facilitating smooth transitions during appointments Chart patient information and assist with documentation to support treatment planning Collaborate with the entire dental team to provide exceptional patient experiences
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $47,000.00 〜 $60,100.00 /year

Requirements	Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Current CPR certification Proficiency or willingness to learn digital scanning (iTero) technology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Willingness to travel for DeNovo (newly acquired) offices as needed
Preferences	Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as an RDA in a dental practice preferred
