Michael L. Thorfinnson, D.D.S. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team. Whether you are a new graduate or have up to 5 years of experience, we welcome your application. The ideal candidate holds a dental radiography certification (X-ray Certification) and is proficient in Dentrix practice management software. This position offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, providing excellent work-life balance.

Job Description	Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficient workflow. Take and process dental radiographs safely and accurately. Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms between patients. Manage patient records and scheduling using Dentrix software. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment following infection control protocols. Support front office duties as needed to help maintain smooth office operations.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $25.00 〜 $30.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	X-ray / Radiography Certification Dentrix X-ray Certification required. Proficient in Dentrix practice management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Preferences	Experienced Dental Assistant (5+ years) Up to 5 years of experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
