Key Responsibilities
Sterilize and prepare dental instruments, equipment, and materials according to OSHA and CDC protocols
Maintain strict infection control and safety standards in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Monitor and document sterilization processes and maintain accurate logs
Support clinical staff by ensuring all instruments are ready and available for patient procedures
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sterilization area and treatment rooms
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Adhere to dental clinic policies and procedures

CPR Certification (Required)
AED Certification (Preferred)
English proficiency (required)
Knowledge of dental terminology and sterilization procedures (training provided)
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive demeanor
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
