Key Responsibilities

Assist the doctor during all clinical procedures with precision and care
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for daily operations
Take and review high-quality digital x-rays (x-ray certification required)
Perform coronal polishing (if certified) and other expanded duties
Provide comfort, support, and education to patients during every visit
Maintain a clean and sterile environment, following infection control protocols
Track clinical inventory and ensure supplies are well-stocked
Help coordinate care with front office and support seamless patient handoff
Support the clinical team by identifying areas for improvement and efficiency

Monday Tuesday Thursday 6:30am to 4pm and Wednesday 10am to 6pm position

What We're Looking For

5+ years of dental assisting experience (preferred)
X-ray certification (required); coronal polishing certification (preferred)
Strong clinical skills, confidence under pressure, and a service-first mindset
