（Full-time） Registered Dental Assistant job position at Craig R. Mundy DDS INC

Welcome and prepare patients for treatments and checkups, ensuring their comfort and confidence
Select, set up, and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and materials according to safety standards
Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
Perform lab tasks and provide oral hygiene/post-operative care instructions as directed
Maintain a clean, well-stocked dental operatory and follow office scheduling protocols
Accurately update patient records and assist with posting procedures
Support patient care and office efficiency by lifting administrative tasks off the dentist’s workload
Learn to assist with sleep apnea patient care both chairside and via computer systems (training provided)

Job Type: Full-time (36 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Closed 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM)

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
Minimum of 1-2 years of dental assisting experience, preferably in a general dentistry setting
Knowledge of chairside assisting, nitrous oxide certification, sterilization protocols, and four-handed dentistry
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a patient-centered approach
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to dental office regulations
Basic computer skills and experience with patient record management

Proficiency with Dentrix dental software preferred
CPR Certification preferred but not required
