（Part-time） Clinical Dental Assistant job at Moxy Dental & Airway

What You’ll Do:

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
Take and develop X-rays as needed, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnosis.
Maintain accurate medical records, including patient histories and treatment plans.
Record vital signs and update patient information in the system.
Manage appointment scheduling and act as a dental receptionist when necessary.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations within the practice.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Familiarity with dental terminology and anatomy knowledge is essential.
Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems is a plus.

Ability to Commute:Zeeland, MI 49464 (Required)

Knowledge of medical coding is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records.
