（Part-time） Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) job position at Woodman Dental Care

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and confirming patient visits.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient information using Dentrix dental software.
Assist in managing patient flow within the clinic to ensure timely service delivery.
Handle billing inquiries and process payments efficiently.
Provide information regarding dental procedures, treatments, and insurance coverage to patients.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and maintain a clean and organized front and back office
Communicate discretely with other team members regarding patient needs, including those requiring special attention in various areas .
Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as both a dental assistant and a receptionist.

Proficient in using dental software systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft for scheduling and record management.
Knowledge of general dentistry practices, anatomy, and procedures related to dentistry.
Familiarity with medical records management and patient confidentiality protocols.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service to create a welcoming environment for patients.
Knowledge of OSHA standards
Experience working in a dental clinic environment is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
