（Full-time） Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) job position at Boca Dental Group

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare patients for dental procedures by ensuring comfort and explaining what to expect during their visit.
• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.
• Sterilize dental instruments and prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist and ensure all images are of diagnostic quality.
•Update patient records with information about treatments performed, procedures scheduled, and any concerns raised by patients.
• Provide patients with post-treatment care instructions and guidance on oral hygiene and preventive practices.
• Prepare and mix dental materials such as fillings, impressions, and bonding agents as needed for procedures.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient communications, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, adhering to all infection control protocols.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Registered Dental Assistant license
• Experience in general and orthodontic assisting (Invisalign experience a plus)
• Solid understanding of dental instruments, sterilization, and safety protocols

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player
• High school diploma or GED (graduate of dental assisting school preferred)
• Bonus points for EFDA certification or coronal polishing abilities
