（Part-time） Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) job at John Hai D. Vuu, DDS

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare patients for dental procedures by ensuring comfort and explaining what to expect during their visit.
• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.
• Sterilize dental instruments and prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist and ensure all images are of diagnostic quality.
•Update patient records with information about treatments performed, procedures scheduled, and any concerns raised by patients.
• Provide patients with post-treatment care instructions and guidance on oral hygiene and preventive practices.
• Prepare and mix dental materials such as fillings, impressions, and bonding agents as needed for procedures.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient communications, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, adhering to all infection control protocols

Work Hours:

• Monday - Wednesday | 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM;
Thursday- 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of RDA experience (preferred)
• X-ray certified (1+ year required)
• Proficiency in Eaglesoft software

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required)
• Passionate about patient care & teamwork
